Pringsewu, September 2, 2026 — Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah Pringsewu University (FEB UMPRI) held activities to welcome new students for the Academic Year 2026/2027. This activity becomes the initial momentum for new students to get to know more about the academic environment, lecturers, and the extended family of the FEB UMPRI Management Study Program. The welcoming activity took place in an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and family. New students are introduced to various aspects of academic life at university, especially those related to the learning process and student activities in the Management Study Program. In that activity, new students also get motivation to prepare themselves to face the world of lectures. Not only required to have academic ability, students are also encouraged to develop communication skills, leadership, creativity, cooperation, and adaptability to the development of the business world and technology. The Management Study Program of FEB UMPRI emphasizes that the lecture period is a process to build the competence as well as the character of students. Therefore, new students are expected to be able to take advantage of various opportunities available during their education, either through academic activities, student organizations, research, entrepreneurship, and community service activities. Welcoming new students is also the first step to build closeness between students and lecturers and create a positive, collaborative, and oriented learning environment for the development of student potential. With the joining of new students for the Academic Year 2026/2027, the FEB UMPRI Management Study Program hopes to give birth to a young generation that is competent in the field of management, has a leadership spirit, has character, is adaptive to change, and is able to make a positive contribution to the community and the business world.
